cup coarse sugar
Instructions
1: In the 6qt pot, add your chicken bones, rock sugar, white onion, and salt. 2: Fill the remainder of the pot with cold water. 3: Bring the pot to a boil over high heat. 4: Remove the foam from the top of the broth. 5: Lower the heat to low and allow to simmer for 3 hours. 6: Using a strainer, remove the bones and onions from the broth. 7: Freeze or use the broth for soups, hotpots, noodles, etc.View original recipe
